Bank of India Exam Pattern for Specialist Officers, General Banking Officers Written Test February 2012

Bank of India (BOI) a Leading Public Sector Bank has issued a recruitment notification for the post of Specialist Officer and General Banking Officers. For the recruitment of above posts, Bank of India (BOI) has invited online applications from 26/12/2011 to 16/01/2012. Those candidates who have applied online for the suitable post and their applications have been accepted by Bank of India (BOI) will be called for written test which will be held on 19/02/2012

Selection Procedure:

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of obtained marks in written test and performance in Group Discussion / Personal Interview.

Exam Pattern (Written Test)

There will be different test papers for both the posts; Specialist Officer and General Banking Officers. The Written Test will be objective type of 300 Marks consisting of 250 multiple choice Questions for Specialist Officers and 150 multiple choice questions for General Banking Officers, for which time duration of 150 Minutes and 90 Minutes respectively has been stipulated

Specialist Officer (Duration: 150 Minutes)

Test Papers Questions Marks
1. Reasoning 50 50
2. Quantitative Aptitude 50 50
3. General Awareness 50 50
4. English Language 50 50
5. Relevant subject 50 100

General Banking Officers (Duration: 90 Minutes)

Test Papers Questions Marks
1. Credit 50 100
2. Foreign Exchange 50 100
3. Administration and Deposits 50 100

Those Candidates who qualify in this written test with required qualifying marks will be called for interview which will be of 100 Marks. Candidates will have to secure at least 50% in this interview and those who belong to SC / ST / PWD / OBC Candidates will have to obtain at least 45% Marks. Final Selection of the candidates will made on the basis of performance in interview.
