CBWE Education Officer Recruitment November 2011 
Central Board for Workers Education (CBWE) was established under the Ministry of Labour and Employment , Government of India in 1958 for the purpose of providing education to the workers and their representatives in various fields like Industrial Relations, Trade union, Canorousness, Leadership Development, Management of Trade Union activities etc. Now it needs some educated persons for the the development of organization. So Applications in prescribed format are being invited for filling up the post of Education Officer from Indian Nationals till 18.11.2011. Applicants can apply by submitting the applications to Director of Central Board for Workers Education having all essential documents. Recruitment Details 
Name of Post – Education Officer
No. of Posts – 57 posts ( UR – 26, OBC – 15, ST – 06, SC – 08 and PH – 02 )
Pay Scale – Rs. 9300 – 34800 plus Rs. 4200/- Grade Pay
Note – Initially applicants will have to go under training of five months and that time applicants will be paid Rs. 2,000/- Per month.
Age limit –  General Applicants’ age must be less than or equal to 28 years as on 01/11/2011. SC and ST applicants will be given relaxation of 5 years in upper age and OBC applicants will be given relaxation in upper age of 3 years. And other will be given as per rule of Government.
Educational Qualification – Applicants should have a Master degree having 45% marks from recognized university in Economics, Social Work, Sociology, Industrial Relation and personnel management, political Science or MBA having 50 % marks from recognized university with specialization in the field of Industrial Management
OR Post Graduate having 40% marks in aggregate with at least 3 years experience in relevant filed
Training period – 5 months
Posting place – Applicants selected on the post will be posted anywhere in all over India.
Selection Procedure – Applicants who will apply and their applications will have been received by organization then they will be called for written test / personal interview. According to performance in written test / personal interview applicants will be selected on the post. Applicants will have to come at prescribed place in call letter. there will not be paid travelling allowance for coming written test / personal interview.
Application Fee – Applicants who want to apply will have to pay a non-refundable demand draft of Rs. 200/- for General and OBC Category applicants and Rs. 100/- for SC and ST Category applicants. Draft should be drawn in favour of the ” Director , Central Board for Workers Education, Nagpur” payable at Nagpur and should be drawn from any Nationalized bank of India. Application fee paid through any other mode like challan, etc will not be accepted.

of supporting documents of Educational Qualification, Age, etc and non-refundable Demand Draft.
3. Applications complete in all respects should be sent by post / speed post to the Director, Central Board for Workers Education, North Ambazari Road, Nagpur – 440 033 on or before 18.11.2011. 
4. A recent passport size photograph should be pasted at prescribed space in application form.
