THE HYDERABAD DISTRICT COOPERATIVE CENTRAL BANK LIMITED
The Hyderabad District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd (Hyderabad DCCB) was established in 1957 and started functioning in 1958. It serves 02 districts viz Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy. The Bank has called for the applications from eligible candidates for the post of Staff Assistant / Clerks. The no. of posts in this cadre is 85.
Exam Pattern, books and How to Prepare for Hyderabad DCCB Staff: Assistant/Clerk Exam
The examination comprises of test in Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Computer and Clerical Aptitude and English Language. The total marks of this test is 175 and total time allotted is 120 minutes for all sections.
The test will be of general nature and do not require specialized study. The test will be basically of 10th standard in line with the test conducted by other nationalized bank.
Test of Reasoning basically consists of verbal and non-verbal test comprising alpha-numeric relation test, blood relation test, number series, figure problems, problem solving. Syllogism also may be asked in the written examination.

Test of Numerical Ability will consists of 10th standard. Questions will be framed on number system, profit and loss, simple interest and compound interest, time and distance, time and work, number series, mensuration.

Test of English Language will be having portions on Synonymous, Antonymous, Passage Test, Cloze Test, Idioms & Phrases, Rearrange the sentences, Prepositions, Error detection, Fill in the blanks, One word substitution, Spelling error etc.

Test of Computer Awareness will have questions from Basic Computer Knowledge, Terms, Latest development in the field of computer technology, Abbreviations and section of clerical aptitude which is mainly error detection test in the form of finding the right option.

Applicants should try to complete the paper within the stipulated time giving equal weightage to all sections. The bank may fix minimum cut-off marks in each section requiring to qualifying in each section. Cut-offs may vary for reserved category candidates.
For Interview, candidates ranking sufficiently high in the merit list will be called in the ratio 1:4.
Penalty will be imposed for every wrong answer, so candidates should be very careful while marking their answers. They should darken the circle properly and fully. Any wrong method of marking the answer will result in penalty for that answer. Candidates preparing for this exam should start their preparation without loosing any time. The standard of the questions will be quite easy but completing the paper within the given time will require lot of practice.
