KPSC RECRUITMENT FOR 352 GAZETTED PROBATIONERS 2011

Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) is going to conduct a competitive preliminary examination for recruitment on the post of Gazetted Probationers. So, online applications have been invited from eligible candidates from 11th November 2011 to 12th December 2011. Details are as follow:

Total number of posts: 352
Required Educational Qualification: Candidates who want to apply for this recruitment they must have either Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from a recognized University established by Law in India or its equivalent qualifications.

Selection process: Candidates will be selected for Gazetted Probationers on the basis of 02 stages competitive examinations in which 1st stage is objective type test and 2nd is written examination and personality test.
Pattern of KPSC Preliminary Examination for Gazetted Probationers: Questions which will be asked in preliminary test will be framed in multiple choice. The test shall consists of two papers in which each paper carrying 100 questions with each question carrying two marks and two hours of total time will be allotted for both papers. Paper wise description are as follow:
Paper-I: Questions will be related from General Studies refer to National and International Importance and Humanities. Total number of questions are 100 for 200 marks.
Paper-II: Questions will be concerned from General studies related to State Importance, General Science & Technology, Environment & Ecology and General Mental Ability. Total number of questions in this paper are 100 for 200 marks.
