SAIL Eligibility, Exam Pattern, Selection Procedure for Management Trainees (Technical and Administration):-
SAIL – Steel Authority of India Limited is a public sector Maharatna Company which is the leading steel making company in India. At present, it is in the process of recruitment on the posts of Management Trainees for Technical and Administration department. Many candidates have submitted applications for the post. After applying, candidates are needed to know what are the selection process and exam pattern of the recruitment. For knowing the details, candidates should have to read the written below paragraph:
Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not be more than 30 years.
Essential Educational Qualifications:
For Technical: Candidates should be Graduate in Engineering with 65% marks.
For Administration: Must be Graduate in any subject with 60% marks and having minimum 02 years of full time PG Diploma or MBA with 60% marks.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be shortlisted for appointment on the posts of Management Trainee through two types of tests viz. objective type written test and Group Discussion / Interview.
Pattern of Written Test: The test which will be organized by Steel Authority of India (SAIL) will be in the shape of multiple choice. The test will be held on the same day as for MT (Technical) will be held in the forenoon session and for MT (administration) will be organised in the afternoon session.
After qualifying the test, candidates will be shortlisted for interview / group discussion on the basis of their performance in the objective type written examination.
Those candidates have to qualify in Group discussion test will be appointed as a Management Trainees for 01 year of period.
