SSC SI, ASI Eligibility Criteria 2012
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to recruit Sub-Inspector (SI) in CAPF and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) in CISF. For which, A Written Test is being organize on 27/05/2012. Aspirants who fulfill the following eligibility criteria for the post of SI in CAPF and ASI in CISF may apply online on or offline till 16/03/2012. SI, ASI Eligibility Criteria 2012
Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian Citizens or Citizens of Bhutan, or Citizens of Nepal. Tibetan refugee may also who have been living in India since 01/01/1962
Who can apply?: Any Citizens of India, Ex-Serviceman, Central Govt. Civilian Employee, Divorced Women, Widows, Women Judicially Separated, Department Candidates (OBC / ST / ST) may apply for the both posts
Age Limit: Minimum age of candidates for the post of SI and ASI is 20 years and maximum should be 25 years as on 16/03/2012. SC / ST Candidates will be given age relaxation up to 5 years and 3 years for OBC candidates
Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have Graduate Degree from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications may apply for SI in CAPF and ASI in CISF.
Degree through Distance Education: Those candidates who have obtained Degree through Open University mode recognized by Distance Educational Council, IGNOU may also apply for SI & ASI Posts. Degree obtained through Open University recognized by any other University than IGNOU will not be accepted
